Non-conductive double sided tabs are useful for AFM, LM and SEM applications where conductivity is not a first required. We offer two types of non-conductive sticky tabs:

  • Lift-N-Press adhesive tabs, non-conductive
  • Micro-Tec D12 adhesive tabs, non-conductive


Lift-N-Press double sided non-conductive premium adhesive tabs

The Lift-N-Press double sided non-conductive premium adhesive tabs consists of a thin film of strong adhesive with a diameter of approximately 12.5mm. They provide excellent adhesion, even on “difficult” surfaces. To use: lift the tab of the backing sheet , press the sticky surface to the mount, then peel back the tag leaving the adhesive behind. The tabs can be cut to the desired size before removing from the backing sheet. The adhesive can be easily  removed with  isopropanol or acetone. Excellent adhesion to smooth surfaces of metals, plastics, glass, paper, and small particles or fibers. Compatible with Ø12 and Ø15mm AFM discs, Ø12mm mica discs, Ø12.7mm pin stubs, Ø12.2mm JEOL stubs and Ø15mm Hitachi stubs. The benefits of these original Lift-N-Press premium adhesive tabs are:

  • High strength thin adhesive (50µm) combined with high tack
  • Smoother surface for better particle detection
  • Longer shelf life and lower outgassing

Micro-Tec D12 double sided non-conductive adhesive tabs

The Micro-Tec D12 double sided non-conductive adhesive tabs are easy use and cost-efficient Ø12mm self sticking tabs. Use the protective tag to lift of the sheet and to press on the sample stub. Then lift-off the protective tag exposing the sticky surface to mount the sample.  Adheres to smooth surfaces of metals, most plastics, glass, paper etc. Useful for mounting samples for AFM, LM and SEM. 

→ Compatible with Ø12 and Ø15mm AFM discs, Ø12.7mm pin stubs, Ø12.2mm JEOL stubs and Ø15mm Hitachi stubs.
